Agents work but documents don't get added to the folder

Yes, I read this article before I posted the topic. My agents work (Formula, Lotusscript), I have this setting in the ini file. I can run either an agent in Forms85_x.nsf or an agent in the mail nsf file. The agent can set or get field values and a lot of other stuff on the document, but cannot add it to a folder. @AddToFolder doesn't work, @Commands cannot be used (in order to try Folder or FolderDocuments command), lotusscript putInFolder doesn't work (I use session.getdocumentcontext to get the current document).

It seems the document is not yet completely created. I tried to save it before the line that adds it to a folder but it doesn't work that way either.

What I did now, was to set a new field with a value that indicates that this doc is ready to be sent to the folder. I created an agent that checks all new and modified docs every 5 minutes and moves the doc with this value to the specified folder.

This is a very stupid solution, so I hope that you can give me another advice in order to do this in a better way.
